well since we've been on the subject of pumpkins this week... I figured why not play a little Smashing Pumpkins today! ok, well that's not entirely true... I actually just noticed the pumpkin correlation. i was actually listening to a little Smashing Pumpkins this week... i was tapping into my old grunge days and wanted to listen to Billy Corgan. i really love when musicians that have are known for their hard edge, break it down and play some soft mellow stuff too. and i think Billy Corgan does this perfectly in the 2nd & 3rd songs below...
